Wound Care Specialists

Skilled Wound Care Nursing Services are provided in an intermittent basis by specially trained nurses; and include evaluating, planning and providing skill care in the home for the promotion of the health and rehabilitation of each patient.

Our wound care specialists have experience with some of the most advanced treatments available. Following our team evaluation, we work with your doctor to develop a wound treatment plan specifically tailored to each individual patient.

• Prevention of pressure ulcers
• Enteral nutrition
